Individual Therapy
  • Individual Counselling (40–60 mins): $230.00 – $260.00
  • Critical Incident Debriefing & Private Employee Assistance (40–60 mins): $260.00
  • Non-Face-to-Face Services: Email, phone calls, and other non-session tasks are charged at a pro-rata rate (per 15 minutes).

Couples Therapy
  • Standard Couples Session (50–105 mins): $300.00 – $580.00
  • 2-Day Intensive Marathon (12–14 hours total):
    Includes assessment sessions and comprehensive care. Please see our 'Services' page for a full list of marathon inclusions.
    • Weekdays (2 days): $5,000.00
    • Saturday & Sunday: $6,275.00

Diagnostic Assessment

      Private Pay (No referral)

      Full fee: $200–$260

      You pay the full amount directly. No rebates apply.

      Medicare (With GP Mental Health Plan)

      $128.45–$158.45

      Pay the session fee upfront ($230–$260). We claim your $101.55+ Medicare rebate on-the-spot.

      NDIS (Self, Plan, or NDIA Managed)

      $0.00 — fully covered

      Covered by your NDIS plan at the standard rate of $252.99 per session.

      WorkCover (Approved Claim)

      $0.00 — fully covered

      We bill your insurer directly. Nothing for you to pay.

      Private Health Insurance

      Varies

      Pay the session fee upfront ($230–$260), then claim back with your fund. Rebate depends on your level of cover.

      3. Important Payment Rules

      • Your First Appointment: Full payment must be settled 24 hours prior to your booking.
      • Ongoing Appointments: Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
      • Marathon Bookings: Due to the intensive nature of these sessions, full payment is required 3 weeks before your marathon start date.
      • Payment Methods: We require credit or pre-paid deposits to secure all bookings. If you prefer to pay with cash, please let us know prior to your arrival.
